We dispense NHS prescriptions and can explain how to take your medicines. If you have questions about the label, possible side effects or using more than one medicine, speak to the pharmacist. You do not need to book through Semble to ask about your prescription.
Ordering repeat prescriptions
If you take medicines regularly, order repeat prescriptions through your GP surgery’s usual process, such as the NHS App or the surgery’s online service. Request them before you run out, allowing time for the prescription to be authorised and the medicines to be prepared.
Choosing where to collect
You can choose which pharmacy receives your electronic prescriptions. Ask our team about nominating Kalsons Chemist and how collection works. Before making a special trip, speak to us if you need to check whether a prescription has arrived or your medicines are ready.
Questions or changes to your medicine
